How RAD got dealer cash and the road to 100 onto one desk
Internal collections, sales, and ops still running the dealer book across Shopify B2B, offline invoices, and chase emails — until one workspace held the relationship, the cash, and the door pipeline.

Meet B2B Manager
RAD’s internal team runs dealer sales and ops — collections and finance chasing cash, sales and BD opening doors, and anyone reporting on dealer revenue. The Authorized Dealer Bible was the nickname for the relationship layer. Shopify B2B held part of the book. The rest lived in email invoices, credit memos, and dealers who were not in Shopify yet.
The challenge
The book lived in three places
A dealer’s commercial life was split. Cash chase was opaque — which invoices were overdue, how long past due, how many times each had been chased. Partial payments broke the picture: treat the full order as still due and Past Due overstated the exposure. Pre-invoice commitments were not first-class — stock not ready, or ready but not invoiced — so committed money mixed with confirmed revenue. Cash vs order-date mattered under Net 30/60: what landed in the bank this month was not what was ordered. Invoice company names and Shopify dealers did not always match. The retail door pipeline — Live, Discussion, Desired, To contact — lived in someone’s head or sheet, not on a map. USD P&L needed a deliberate monthly FX rate, not a silent wrong one.
Not “another CRM.” Give collections, sales, and ops one dealer command centre — Past Due net of what already landed, forwards separate from booked revenue, doors on a map.
The solution
B2B Manager started as the dealer workspace: company, store locations, contacts, notes, then every commercial event — Shopify orders, manual invoices, credit memos, and forward commitments — in one sortable list. From there the team could chase overdue cash, edit payments and lines, track unfulfilled items, and read profit in one USD lens with VAT and a monthly FX rate. Dashboard for the health of the book. Order Matrix when they needed a pivot they would otherwise rebuild in Excel. Store Locator for the Run-channel door goal. Settings to keep Shopify and BigQuery current, import offline history, map invoice company names to the right dealer, hide bad Shopify rows, and export toward NetSuite. I built it as the desk that replaced hopping between Shopify, invoice files, and chase emails.
- Land Shopify B2B with offline invoices, credit memos, and forwards in one dealer workspace
- Make cash real: Past Due net of payments, cash vs order-date lenses, forward revenue kept out of booked
- Put the door pipeline on a map and lock sync, aliases, and monthly FX in Settings so the book stays trusted
Shopify B2B, BigQuery sync, offline XLSX invoice import, Matrixify CSV into Shopify, NetSuite sales-order export.
What made the difference
Dealer CRM
Open a dealer and work the whole relationship — company, locations, contacts, notes, and every commercial event — without hunting across tools.
Past Due, net
Late cash exposure after amounts already paid — so partial upfront payments stop inflating the chase list.
Order Matrix
Pivot, filter, and export the book like a reporting workbook — including a cash / payment-date lens vs order date.
Store Locator
Doors on a map with Live / Discussion / Desired / To contact statuses and notes — the road to 100 as geography, not a private sheet.
Settings & handoff
BigQuery sync, XLSX invoice import, dealer aliases, monthly GBP→USD rates, Matrixify and NetSuite CSV paths — so freshness and ERP handoff are deliberate.
The results
- Shopify orders, offline invoices, credit memos, and forwards on one dealer record
- Past Due KPI net of amounts already paid — not the full order still due
- Forward revenue kept separate from booked
- Cash / payment-date lens alongside order date
- Run doors pipeline on a map with status and notes
- Monthly GBP→USD FX for a USD P&L everyone can audit
- Invoice import, dealer aliases, Matrixify and NetSuite export paths
Collections, sales, and ops could run the dealer book — and the road to 100 — from one place instead of three.
Open a dealer. See what is owed, what is committed, and which doors are live. Chase from the record. Export when finance needs the file. Stop rebuilding the book every week.
